If your smartphone is running Android 6.0 Marshmallow or later (it probably is), you may need to manually grant the Fitbit app permission to scan for Bluetooth devices.You can then pair your Fitbit device with your Fitbit account. Open the Fitbit app, select your account photo, select your tracker, then tap the trash icon in the top-right corner. Try removing and re-adding your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account.You’ll also need to make sure your phone has Bluetooth turned on ( Settings > Bluetooth > On) and that you’re only trying to connect your Fitbit to one Bluetooth-enabled phone or tablet.
